Les temps en anglais :

En gros,les temps en anglais sont les mêmes qu'en français ... sauf pour le passé !!!
Mais le conditionnel ne véhicule pas une idée d'incertitude

On remarque déjà plusieurs choses :

• Je travaillais ou j'ai travaillé ,     c'est la mm chose .
• jJai travaillé peut se dire           I worked (preterit) ou I have worked (Present perfect)
• Je travailerais (cond présent)   implique qu'on travaillerait maintenant si ...(et il en est encore temps).
• J'aurais travaillé (cond passé)  implique qu'on aurait travaille si .... mais c'est trop tard ... c'est passé ...
